caught in the wild grass

On this day at Holkham Hall there were around ten grey squirrels running around right by my feet in the woodlands. I’ve never gotten so close before and feel lucky to of captured them in their habitat.

I still used my long lenses to capture them though.. ps, remember to keep a distance:)

‘Takiwātanga’ at FREE RANGE 2025

I just exhibited my work in London — something I never thought would happen 🎉🎉

Thank you to everyone that made this possible, you inspire me greatly 🤎

Takiwātanga - meaning ‘in their own space and time’ - is a visual exploration of Brown’s experience as a late diagnosed autistic woman. She highlights this through her female friends that she can unmask with.

The work displays the beauty and diversity of autism, by using light and the senses she hopes to show the positives but also to confront the persistent underrepresentation and misrepresentation of autistic women in media and culture.

Takiwātanga is both a personal and political act, a reminder that everyone deserves to be seen, in their own space, in their own time.

What an amazing week!! Finished my university degree and had an exhibition in Cornwall with my course mates. Don’t worry if you missed it I’ll be at in London in July, hope to see you there…
