Mindmap Mentality in Spring 🫶
A beautiful evening in Knutsford hosted by the amazing Hannah Gregan & the lovely Florence from 🌷
Hannah held such a beautiful session of reflection and breathwork with so much empathy and knowledge around manifestation and identity.
The most inspiring part to see was how despite everyone being at different stages of life, some in pregnancy, business visions, tricky family dynamics and so much more… was just how relatable everyone’s stories were.
Every woman shared with total vulnerability, even as strangers. There was shared pain, love, loneliness, challenges overcome, passion and ambitions.
It was just really special seeing women coming together authentically, respecting and celebrating each other for exactly who they are.
Women supporting women is genuinely something I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of. Seeing the power and growth that comes from evenings like this is something I am truly grateful to be a part of and to have captured. Still shining from it 🫶
