Captured on a dark and rain-soaked afternoon, this Airbus A380-800 of Emirates was photographed taxiing at Manchester Airport on 18 January 2026, with its powerful landing lights reflecting off the wet taxiway surface.

The Embraer E195 is one of the largest aircraft in the E-Jet regional family and is perfectly suited for short and medium-haul European routes. This Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner of IndiGo leased from NORSE, was photographed at Manchester Airport on 18 January 2026, seen landing on a damp winter afternoon.

The 787-9 represents a major step into long-haul operations for IndiGo, traditionally known for its extensive narrowbody fleet across India and Asia. To support its first foray into long-haul flying, the airline has leased Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner's under agreements with Norse Atlantic Airways — with about 6 of these wide-body aircraft.
