It was so lovely to be able to photograph Olive as a ‘little sitter’ 5 or 6 months after her newborn session. Coincidentally I’ve only recently shared the photos from her newborn session here. She was a little older than would have been ideal for a typical newborn session but was utterly adorable and to be able to have her in again as my first repeat customer was a lovely full circle moment.

Capture your child’s personality with a free 45-minute photo session in my Newark-on-Trent studio.

If your toddler is 6–12 months old and has just started sitting upright, I’m looking for models for ‘little sitter’ sessions to capture those cheeky gummy smiles.

Or, if your child is aged 5–15 and enjoys a hobby such as sport, dance, martial arts, singing, or acting, I’d love to create ‘hobbyist’ headshots and portraits that showcase them in their favourite activity.

Sessions last up to 45 minutes and you’ll receive 1–3 digital photos via a private online gallery to share with friends and family.

Newborn photography doesn’t stop at the end of a session. I spend many hours editing the images after the sessions to remove any unwanted flaky skin, blotches, spots, blemishes and even jaundice.

Remember the button noses and the cute little fingers - not the red spots and flaky arms.
