I went to speak to the owner, Olivia, to hear how she started making cheesecakes and to find out about her journey from a cheesecake shed in Peterborough to changing her life here in Newark.

I've been very quiet here recently. That's mainly because this channel is absolutely not about me or anything I'm up to other than sharing some (hopefully) interesting videos about businesses here in Newark. That said, I've had a rather stressful last year which has meant this video project has had to take a bit of a back seat for a while. Hopefully though, I'm now back! I've reached out to a number of businesses recently and have a few videos lined up, and I can't wait to share them here.
