Using reflections in photography can lead to some amazing effects and beautiful images. I personally like using windows, although you can use mirrors and water. However, any kind of reflective surface can change an image into a piece of art work.

Photojournalism has been a favourite of mine right from the beginning. To be able to tell a story through a photograph.

Here I have my Ballet dancer performing outside Regent House, whilst a cyclist passes by who is out of focus, thus drawing us into the main subject which is of course Charis!.

Things to take note in this photograph are:

1. Regent House (a historical landmark in Cambridge).
2. A cyclist passing by (an iconic symbol of Cambridge).
3. And last but not least my favourite performing arts, Ballet 🩰

You have to think about what you like and then piece together all the elements and then you can express your character through your art work.
