How are we already halfway through the year?!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone I’ve met so far this year - it’s been so lovely capturing your memories 😊

Also a little reminder for anyone that has a voucher, or has purchased a voucher (especially ones expiring at the end of the year) - pop me a message and let me know when you’re thinking of booking in for summer or autumn. This really helps me plan around full shoots and upcoming mini sessions.

Another beautiful family session!

And this one came with the cutest little new addition 💙

We spent our time wandering through the woods, attempting some expert-level log balancing, finding the perfect den spots, and embracing all the fun along the way - just how family life should be!

Because let’s be honest… the best photos happen when everyone relaxes, has a giggle, and just goes with it!

A little side note - I’ll be opening up my diary for mini shoots (30 mins) over the next couple of months 📸 Perfect if you’re after a quick, relaxed update of your family memories.

And for larger families (5+), I offer flexible 1-hour sessions so there’s plenty of time for everyone (and all the personalities!) to shine.

This was one of those sessions that just felt right from the start - a location they chose that was the perfect backdrop, and a space where everyone could just be themselves!

It was full of giggles, little in-between moments, and that kind of relaxed happiness you can’t pose or plan. The kind where everyone’s just enjoying each other, and I’m quietly there trying not to laugh along too much behind the camera 😂

They’re £65 (for a family of 2 adults and children) and include your full digital gallery, so you’ll get all the lovely moments… even the slightly chaotic ones (those are usually the best ones 😁)

Some sessions just feel like a big deep breath… and this was definitely one of them 💙

A gentle stroll through the bluebells with the most wonderful family - completely relaxed, full of smiles, and just enjoying being together. (With a big admiration for the bluebells… 😉🥰😂)

And let’s be honest… give me a little one in adorable dungarees, a fluffy fur brother tagging along, and two lovely parents, and I am sold. These are the kind of real, joy-filled moments I never get tired of capturing.

One of this year’s bluebell sessions 💙🌿

Not going to lie… this one felt less like “work” and more like a wholesome little adventure 🤎

We had ALL the giggles, lots of wandering, a few “wait… come back!” moments 😂 and the kind of smiles that just happen when you’re having the best time together.

Honestly, sessions like this are the best, just a lovely mum and her daughter, soaking it all in and making memories in the middle of the bluebells!

AND… as if they couldn’t get any better, I was treated to coffee and cake after ☕🍰😉

Thank you so much to you both for such a fun and relaxed shoot.

We might be a big Marvel-loving household over here… 🦸‍♂️ BUT when it comes to capturing your family’s story, you are always the main characters.

I often get asked about outfit choices, and honestly, the decision is entirely yours. But from a photography perspective, this is my take on how to keep the details on you and your family.

Outfits might seem like a small detail, but they make such a difference to how your images feel. Simple, timeless choices keep the focus exactly where it should be - on your connection, your smiles, your little moments together 🤍

Here you can see the difference… suddenly it’s less about them and more about the T-shirts.

If you’re ever unsure what to wear, I’ll always help guide you so your images feel natural, cohesive, and most importantly- you! And if that’s in your best Spider-Man tshirt, I’m here for it!

And honestly, they are incredible. One of those moments where you can’t help but slow down and just take it all in 🌿
