Polite Notice

I always do my very best to accommodate dates and times that work for my clients, and I will often go out of my way to fit in last-minute bookings whenever possible.

However, when I spend my day off preparing for a shoot, rearranging plans, organising childcare, and setting everything up, only for the session to be cancelled without notice, it has a significant impact on both my time and my business.

To help protect my small business moving forward, all bookings will now require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due in full the day before your shoot.

I understand that life gets busy and unexpected things happen. However, if you’re able to read my message, I would appreciate a quick reply to let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule. Being left on read with no communication makes it very difficult for me to manage my time, childcare arrangements, and bookings fairly.

To all of my wonderful returning families and clients, thank you so much for your continued support, loyalty, and understanding. Your support means the world to me and helps my small business continue to grow.
