This is my third bootcamp with Donna and was mainly just to keep me on track and accountable to someone other than myself. Completing these bootcamps helps me so much mentally so for me, it was more that side of things rather than making a real physical change to my body. With Donna’s support and guidance, it has continued to help me gain confidence in the gym even though at times, that hasn’t been easy for me. Thank you Donna for telling me off when it was needed, constantly motivating me and remaining positive.
