I’m delighted to announce my entry was selected, and will be part of this year’s Secret 7" ‘s anonymous art exhibition and auction! I am looking forward to seeing it on display along with the 699 others :)

Secret 7 takes seven tracks from some of the world’s best known musicians. Each track is pressed 100 times onto vinyl, creating 700 limited-edition 7” records to be exhibited and auctioned.
The exhibition is at 180 Studios in London and will be open between 19th and 30th August. The online auction will also be live throughout this period until 2 September.

This year’s seven chosen tracks are: John Lennon: “Out of the Blue”, The Last Dinner Party: “Let’s do it again!” Gabrielle: Out of Reach”, The Maccabees: “No Kind Words”, Skin: “Purple”, Glass Animals: “ Take a Slice” and Bastille: “Hope for the Future”.

Every penny raised from the auction will help War Child protect, educate, and stand up for the rights of children living through war.

I painted a statue of a lioness as part of the launch of ‘Pride in the Quarter’ statue trail 🦁✨ ‼️ Mine is located on the path of St Mary Le Strand church, at the roundabout of the Strand, Aldwych.

17 lion and lioness statues are now on display across central London, from Belgravia to Aldwych, celebrating an exciting summer of international football.

All in support of , with statues set to be auctioned later this summer to help tackle homelessness in central London.

The sculpture trail celebrates English football history ahead of the upcoming World Cup, alongside the people, places and cultural stories shaping modern Britain, as each lion and lioness sculpture explores themes of identity, belonging and resilience, while reflecting the creativity and diversity that shapes London today.

My new digital cover for Sports Illustrated ’s new World Cup North America Project: the magazine is commemorating the 2026 World Cup with 48 digital covers, each designed by an Illustrator capturing the spirit of the game in national teams they’d qualify for under FIFA guidelines (heritage, birthplace, or places lived). ⚽

I was assigned Côte d’Ivoire’s Les Elephants:

My concept was really to capture Les Éléphants’ fans’ vibrant passion for their national team and sport during game days, which are celebrations filled with the joy of football, music and dancing. I was inspired by the many photos and videos of Ivorian fans in the stadiums, as well as those of street celebrations in Côte d’Ivoire during those days. Les Éléphants’ primary orange, white and Green national flag colours are of course also featured primarily.

The Scott Trust Legacies of Enslavement Programme is a 10 year restorative justice initiative launched in March 2023 in response to the Guardian founders’ connections to transatlantic enslavement. It is being designed and carried out in consultation with descendant communities in the US, Jamaica, the UK and elsewhere, centred on long-term initiatives and meaningful impact.

The initial act of the programme was an apology, in recognition of the role Guardian founder, John Edward Taylor, and his backers played in transatlantic enslavement, through their business interests in cotton and sugar. Among them was Sir George Philips, co-owner of the Success plantation in Hanover, Jamaica. Links were also identified between Taylor’s family business and plantations in the Gullah Geechee region of the US Sea Islands, say the Scott Trust.

It has announced the next stage of its 10-year Legacies of Enslavement programme, detailing new actions to address and atone for these historical links and pursue restorative justice and meaningful repair.

the Scott Trust says it will invest in supporting the priorities identified by descendant communities in Jamaica and the US Sea Islands. In both regions the programme has developed a comprehensive set of priorities that contribute to realising repair, including:

🔘Improving access to quality education and skills training
🔘Supporting community land and property rights
🔘Helping to preserve cultural heritage preservation and honouring the memories of those who were enslaved
🔘Funding economic and climate justice initiatives
Convening community conversations centred on repair and healing.
🔘Some work is already ongoing, for example, in Jamaica, The Scott Trust says the programme is assisting the community in Hanover parish with reconstruction efforts post Hurricane Melissa.
