“I feel as if my mum inspired me, but I knew doing hair is what I was good at from a young age. Coming from a background of hair & beauty, college is where I started getting recognised for what I do and it spread through word of mouth between friends. I enjoy doing Caucasian and afro Caribbean hair and in the long run I do want to have my own shop specialising in hairdressing. Being around my mum and her business has shown me what I want in the future and how to go about organising my business in terms of sessions being appointment based and a professional atmosphere.
