Well, where do we even begin with this one?! 🔥

Apparently, the moment Sara saw our work from a friend’s wedding, she knew she HAD to have Rewind The Day capture hers. And honestly, hearing things like that means the absolute world to us! ❤️

Fast forward to their big day at the incredible Cripps Barn, and WOW… what a wedding they gave us!

From chasing two vintage cars through the winding country lanes, to one of the most stunning bridal prep locations we’ve ever stepped foot in, this day was something else!

The energy was infectious, the atmosphere was electric, and that dance floor? Well, let’s just say it got a little bit WILD! 🪩

This was one of those weddings where everywhere we turned, something was happening. So many moments, so much personality, and an absolute joy to capture.

Oh, what a wedding this was! 🔥

From chasing TWO vintage cars down winding country lanes, to a bridal prep location that genuinely blew our minds (seriously, STUNNING!), this wedding had it ALL!

The energy from start to finish was on another level. The atmosphere, the people, the moments… and don’t even get us started on that dance floor! ABSOLUTE CHAOS! 🪩

Set in the incredible surroundings of Cripps Barn, Sarah & Josh certainly knew how to throw one hell of a wedding!

And now, after weeks of bringing their story together in the edit, it’s finally time for them to relive it all.

🎬 FRIDAY FILM TALK | EPISODE 01

No script. No fancy production. No second takes.

Just me, a camera and a few minutes talking about what we do, why we do it and the ridiculous amount of effort that goes into creating our wedding films.

First up… WEDDING SPEECHES. 🎤

At Sophie & Neill’s wedding at , we used FIVE cameras to capture their speeches.

Yep. FIVE.

Different perspectives. Different reactions. Different moments. All captured simultaneously.

Why?

Because when we sit down in the editing suite, we want options. We want to build something that feels cinematic, immersive and beautifully put together. Not just a recording of someone standing up and talking 😴

We’re a two-videographer team, armed with EIGHT cameras throughout the day. And when the time, space and circumstances allow, you can bet we’ll be putting them to work.

There’s a reason we do things the way we do.

We’re not trying to be the cheapest wedding videographers out there. We’re trying to be amongst the very best.

There’s levels to this craft, and we’re constantly pushing ourselves to reach the next one.

Every camera angle, every creative decision, every hour spent editing. It all matters.

Because couples aren’t just trusting us to film their wedding. They’re trusting us to preserve one of the biggest days of their lives.

And that deserves absolutely everything we’ve got 💯

A WEDDING WITH ITS OWN PRIVATE FUNFAIR? YES, REALLY!

We’ve been filming weddings since 2013, and we’ve seen some pretty incredible celebrations along the way. But every now and then, a wedding comes along that genuinely leaves us wondering how on earth we’re going to squeeze everything into a trailer.

Welcome to Marleybrook House Wedding Venue

A stunning 17th-century country house in Kent, once home to legendary entertainer Eartha Kitt, and now home to the UK’s largest private vintage funfair. Yes, an actual FUNFAIR. At a wedding.

And Jennilea & Craig certainly didn’t do things by halves.

We’re talking FOUR white Rolls-Royces arriving in style. A wedding dress with one of the most spectacular trains we’ve ever seen. Live singers entertaining guests throughout the day, followed by an absolutely HUGE live band bringing the evening party to life.

And then there was the fairground.

Dodgems, rollercoasters, Waltzers, a big wheel… the lot. An entire vintage funfair exclusively for their wedding guests.

As if that wasn’t enough, the evening sky erupted with what we can confidently say was the biggest fireworks display we’ve EVER captured at a wedding.

This wasn’t just a wedding. It was an EXPERIENCE.

And for us as filmmakers? An absolute dream to capture.

So, how do you fit a day like this into a wedding trailer?

Well… you don’t hold back.

“CAN WE CHOOSE THE SONGS FOR OUR WEDDING FILMS?”

The short answer? No. And here’s why.

At Rewind The Day, we don’t just film weddings and put your favourite songs over the footage. Yukkk 🤮

We create films that tell stories. Your story.

Every wedding film we produce is built from scratch, around the people, the personalities, the atmosphere and, most importantly, the emotions of the day.

We’re heavily narrative-led filmmakers. That means the words spoken during your ceremony, the speeches, the laughter, the tears and those little unscripted moments all influence how your film comes together.

The music doesn’t dictate the film. The story dictates the music.

We spend hours carefully selecting and building soundtracks that complement the footage, the dialogue, the pacing and the emotion. Sometimes it’s powerful and cinematic. Sometimes it’s intimate and delicate. Sometimes it’s an absolute party fest!

But we don’t know what your wedding film needs to sound like until we’ve actually experienced your wedding. And that’s exactly why we don’t send out song request forms before your big day!

If you’ve always dreamed of having John Legend’s All of Me playing over your wedding highlights, we might not be the videographers for you. In fact we DEFINITELY AREN’T! And that’s absolutely fine.

So why do we charge what we charge? 👀

Because you’re not simply paying for someone to turn up with cameras, capture your wedding and edit the footage to a playlist you’ve provided.

You’re investing in filmmakers who take creative responsibility for the entire production. From the way we capture your day to the storytelling, sound design, music selection, editing and emotional journey of the finished film.

It’s a completely different creative process, and one that takes considerable time, experience and attention to detail.

We know there are videographers who are happy to work from a list of requested songs, often before the wedding has even happened. There’s nothing wrong with that approach. It’s just not what we do.

Our couples book us because they love our films, trust our creative vision and want us to tell their story in the way we believe it deserves to be told 🎥

ZENA + JAMES 🤠🎬

An outdoor ceremony, cowboy vibes, axe throwing, a bucking bronco, line dancing, magician, live singers… and two absolute legends at the centre of it all.

Zena and James created a day that was completely and unapologetically THEM 🙌🏼 Packed with personality, energy, emotion and a serious amount of fun.

And these are exactly the weddings we bloody love capturing.

A beautiful day at Southminster Hall, surrounded by their favourite people, doing things exactly how they wanted to do them.
