🏆 We had a blast filming this charity Dragon Boat Racing for the Berkeley Foundation in July! Beautiful nature, great company, delicious food, and lots of sunshine!

🛶 The event was held at the West Reservoir Centre of Woodberry Down Development by . We hope that we were able to translate the fun feeling of competition and friendly atmosphere🍻

📽 Adding a video tour and professional photos is an effective way to attract many visitors to your listing and sell or rent your property faster.

🏡 It is essential to clean and style your property before the professional videographer arrives, as the photos & video will give visitors a first impression of your property.

Here are general tips on how to prepare your property for the shoot:
1️⃣ Depersonalize, declutter and free the floor space
2️⃣ Open blinds fully and straighten curtains
3️⃣ Replace burnt-out light bulbs, turn on all the lights including lamps
4️⃣ Straighten chairs and arrange cushions attractively
5️⃣ Clear kitchen worktop of all non-essential items
6️⃣ Move bins, garden hoses, toys, tools and bikes out of sight
7️⃣ Clean patios, mow grass and rake any stray leaves
