What an amazing weekend partying like my besties flew into Bangkok to help me celebrate my 40th birthday!! Drinking, dancing & eating our way around Bangkok with a brilliant group of old & new friends! And let’s not forget the poetry, the awful singing, the comedy birthday cards, the adorable gifts, the personalised party hats, the light show and the amazing cake 🎂!

Proving that even though we are “officially old” we can still PARTY!!

At first glance the Galaxy Resort in Koh Chang might look like a beautifully secluded seaside resort but it has in fact been abandoned for many years.

The huge boat, anchored for use as a hotel, and the many derelict houseboats ‘just’ floating on the tributaries remain fully furnished with curtains, bedding and crockery, which despite the beautiful location creates an eerie atmosphere!

It is perhaps not a surprise that many people consider the site to be haunted 👻!
