The Little Details

Wedding details might seem like the smallest part of a wedding day, but from a photography perspective, they tell such a beautiful part of the story.

The handwritten vows, the rings, the carefully chosen stationery, the perfume, the shoes, the flowers, the little heirlooms with a story behind them — every detail was chosen with intention.

I love photographing these pieces because they preserve more than how the day looked. They capture the feeling, the thought, and the personality behind it all.

Years from now, when the flowers have faded and the invitations are tucked away, these photographs bring those little pieces of your day back to life.

Because sometimes, it’s the smallest details that hold the biggest memories. 🤍

There’s just something about horses… 🐴🤎

The bond between a horse and their person is something really special. It’s in the little things the way they look at you, the soft moments of connection, the silly expressions (some of their silly faces make me laugh so much!), and all the memories you’ve shared together.

That’s why I love portrait sessions with horses!
They’re not just about taking a pretty photograph, they’re about capturing a relationship that means so much!

Because one day, you’ll look back at those photographs and remember exactly how it felt to have them by your side. 🤎

Throwback to these photos of Rufus, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. 🐾

I feel so honoured to have had the opportunity to capture these beautiful photographs of Rufus in my studio for his parents.
He was such a handsome little character and an absolute pleasure to photograph. ✨

Our pets are such a huge part of our families, so I truly believe they deserve to be included in the photographs we have on our walls and in our albums too!
They’re there for the everyday moments, the cuddles, the adventures and all those little memories that make a house feel like home. 🥰

Having beautiful photographs of them alongside us means we get to hold onto those moments forever, the little expressions, the cheeky personalities and all the love they bring into our lives.

Rufus’s photos are now something his family can treasure for years to come, and I feel very lucky to have helped create those memories for them. 🤎

Can we just take a moment for this dreamy combo? 🤍🧱
A sparkling bridal gown, gorgeous warm lighting, and exposed brick... honestly, it's a match made in wedding heaven.

There's something about those rich, earthy brick tones that instantly warms up a space and gives every photo that effortlessly cool, editorial feel.
It's rustic, it's modern, it's a little industrial, and somehow still feels timeless!

I'm still obsessed with how the textures play together in these, the soft shimmer of the dress against the character-filled brick wall creates a look that's equal parts romantic and on-trend.
Proof that sometimes the best backdrop is simply letting architecture do its thing!!

Safe to say this styled shoot still has us swooning. ✨

Meet beautiful baby Ethan 💙

Ethan came into the studio on what felt like the hottest day of the year! ☀️
Despite the soaring temperatures, everyone did amazingly well, and we captured some gorgeous memories.

I also persuaded the whole family to jump in for a few photos (Much to Kerry & Courtneys dismay 🤣 )

But I'm so glad they did, because I think these family photos turned out absolutely beautifully.

I reckon they might even forgive me for making them pose... eventually! 😄
