In a modern world overwhelmed by ubiquitous and exaggerated colour, monochrome images seem to have a purely emotional representation. Black and white images emphasize raw emotions and interaction between people. Photos reflect sincere exchanges of laughter, happiness and unusual atmosphere. The touch of nostalgia and romanticism make them simply timeless. That's the storytelling power of black and white photography.
What are your thoughts about black and white photos? Do you think the same?

I'm proud to be involved in the project Putting Ourselves in the Picture. A week ago was a book launch event but I couldn't attend. The book "All roads lead to Glasgow" contains a collection of poems, short stories and images created by people who made Scotland their home. Congratulations to all contributors, writers, poets and artists published in the book released by Migrant Voice and Povestry.
The photo on the cover is taken by me and a selfie with a copy of the book.
