Last night some of the Wave Members headed out to support Rachael Barnes who was one of the leading parts in We Will Rock You at Reconnect Theatres

Rachael, we all sat like proud friends and laughed, cried and sang our way along with you. What a show!

This is the part of The Wave Collective that we love, when we all come together as friends and support one another. It’s nothing to do with networking or our businesses. That’s what makes what we’ve created special for us, that it’s not another networking group. It’s a village, all there to support you through life’s highs and lows.

Well done again Rachael and the full team at Shotts St. Patrick’s Amateur Opera Group.

Sales Expert | Business Growth is with us on the 24th. Fireside chat, not a talk — no slides, no presentation, no sitting politely through forty minutes hoping she gets to your bit.

What a JOYful night with THE JOY MOVEMENT with Dr. Sarah Madigan

We’re so grateful for everyone who joined us, and I’m sure everyone will agree that it was a special one. Some powerful conversations to move business forward.

When we asked members what The Wave is, two words stopped us.

Safe — a room where you can be honest without performing.
Driven — a room with ambition in it.

Most places give you one or the other. Cosy but going nowhere, or ambitious but exhausting.

Safe enough to be honest. Driven enough to move you forward. That's the room.

Share this with a woman who needs both.

The scariest part of any room is the door. So here's what's on the other side of ours.

You arrive. Someone says hello before you've found a seat — usually one of us. There's a drink waiting (it's included). Conversation starts small and gets real fast, because nobody here is performing.

You leave with names you'll remember and the strange feeling of having been properly seen on a Thursday night in Lanarkshire.

No pitching. No business cards thrust at you. Just a room of women you need.

She’s been in business for years. She’s good at what she does.

But she’s been doing it mostly alone. Making decisions in her own head, celebrating wins quietly, sitting with the hard stuff because there’s no one who quite gets the full picture.

It’s not advice she’s short of. It’s the women.

The ones who are really building something too. Who’ll be honest with her. Who she actually looks forward to seeing.

We spend so much time talking about growth. Strategy. Momentum.

And somewhere along the way, we stopped asking whether we were actually enjoying it. THE JOY MOVEMENT with Dr. Sarah Madigan is coming to July’s Chatter Night to talk about JOY - real joy, not the Instagram version - and honestly, we cannot wait.

Because we think it’s one of the most important conversations ambitious women aren’t having enough.

She’ll also be powerfully hot seat coaching someone so it’s a super exciting chance to be coached by a world-class transformational coach.
