Can you believe that after 8 years together, these two didn’t have a single photograph together?

Their brief was simple: no fuss, a nice location, dogs welcome, and photographs that felt like them.

So on a rainy Wednesday, amongst the bustle of Glasgow, they said “I do” exactly the way they wanted.

Family sessions don’t need to be complicated.

This one looked like a wee walk along the shore, spotting bunny rabbits, searching for caterpillars - we even found a dragon!

Lochlan, Nefyn, Yorke & Sebastian simply spent some time together while I tagged along with my camera 🤍

The best part? The photographs look and feel like them.

I’ve also discovered that mini sessions aren’t really for me. I prefer to take my time, get to know you, and let everyone settle into the shoot.

South Ayrshire Surprise Engagement 🤍

Now that the important phone calls have been made and the celebrations are fully underway, I can finally share a few images from this beautiful surprise engagement at

Richard got in touch with me months ago to plan the proposal, and every detail was so thoughtful. Hidden away in the bushes, I watched as he brought Liam out onto the deck of their cabin overlooking the Ayrshire coast.
Of course, Liam said yes.
And somehow…he didn’t spot me!

Their happiness was completely infectious, and it was such a special thing to be included in. A little reminder that the world is still full of real love and beautiful people.
