Decided to go to the Osprey Hide at Rutland this morning for one final time this year. The Osprey did a couple of successful dives really early on while it was still relatively dark, so no great images!

However, the Red Kite did make up for it, with a dive (just after 6am) for a live fish (which I have not seen before), they would normally take dead fish off the surface of the water, they must have been watching how the Osprey fish and decided to copy them!
