"A while back, I asked for wedding photographer recommendations and DPSWeddings (David Southern) came highly recommended and now I know why.

He felt like part of the family, took the most amazing pictures of the day and has truly captured the event as it was.

Without a doubt the best decision I made for the wedding. Very reasonably priced, did not stop working all day and made everyone feel so comfortable.

Precious photos that are priceless we now get to keep forever and we're ready within a week of the event, with some taster shots sent the day after. He is very hard working and will answer any questions and make you feel at ease.

“We got married a little over two weeks ago, and we honestly couldn’t recommend our photographer Dave highly enough! ❤️

We found Dave on our local page, and because he is the genuinely nice guy that he is, we originally saw his work posted on there for all to enjoy. He takes amazing photos of our beautiful countryside, so I approached Dave to see if he would photograph our wedding for us.

From start to finish, Dave was absolutely incredible. He captured every feeling, every emotion and all those little moments that we didn’t even realise were happening on the day. Looking through our photos feels like reliving the whole wedding all over again.

He made everyone feel so comfortable and at ease, and somehow managed to capture so many beautiful, natural moments without ever feeling like he was obviously there. Nothing felt staged or forced — just genuine smiles, laughter, happy tears and all the emotion of the day.

We were also blown away by how quickly Dave turned the photos around for us. We didn’t have to wait long at all before we could relive the day through his amazing work, which was such a lovely surprise.

Over the past three weekends, I’ve had the privilege of photographing three very special weddings.

Three beautiful love stories.
Six families brought together.
Hundreds of new faces, smiles & memories.

I've been trusted to step into one of the most important days of someone’s life, to witness and capture the emotions, the laughter, the nerves, the tears plus all those other little moments that might otherwise be forgotten.

Meeting six families, along with all their friends and guests has been a joy. Each wedding different, every family unique and every story special.
