I passed !!!!! 🤩🥳

I had such an amazing day yesterday learning so much about the health and welfare and first aid practices for our pets - so much info !! And lots of laughs 🤪🤣
Huge kudos to the amazing Tracy of WOW First Aid Training (and her sidekick ‘Princess’ Bella) - I highly recommend this course to anyone involved even tenuously with pets in their business or even pet owners (especially dogs !!)
It was brilliant to meet the lovely ladies from Nanny McFur too!!

Running a pet photography business isn’t just about beach walks, woodland wanders or getting goofy in the studio with my four-legged friends 🤪

Behind the scenes, I take their safety (and that of my own pets) really seriously.

So this Friday I’m off to do my Level 2 Pet First Aid course with the lovely Tracy Oakes at WOW First Aid Training… and I genuinely can’t wait 🤩

This was just a quick iPhone shot I took last week on a beach walk… but I love it.
Is it technically perfect? Absolutely not, was it planned ? Nope 😜
But it feels like a moment.
The light, the space, the way he’s just standing there taking it all in.
Sometimes it’s just not about the right camera or the correct settings. It’s about noticing the story or the moment that’s already unfolding in front of you.

And this felt like one of those beautiful quiet, in-between moments that are honestly my favourite thing to capture.

Hi everyone! sorry for the quiet - ive had a really bizarre November ... you know.... one of those one thing after another months! ... 😕

It’s that time again — the tinsel's coming out, the lights are being dusted off, and your pets are about to steal the show.

🎄 Friday 31st October — Pets Only Day! (People are Wednesday and Sunday via my AlisonWonderland Photography page)
Held here at my lovely studio just outside Haverfordwest (with the option to add a few regular outdoor portraits too if requested).
Packages start at £95 and places are limited — once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Much as l adore taking photographs of dogs being their most doggy selves whether that be in the studio or out on location, it's always fun to create a story telling image too ... i call these Enchantographs, and they can take the personality of your pet images to another level 😊
