❤️ A single Mandarin duck searches high and low for a partner. 💙

Originally from China they were used as symbol of fidelity and a pair of them were usually gifted to brides on their wedding day. Ironically Mandarins only pair with their mate for a season, by Autumn they are usually off in search of a "new bird! " No pun intended. 😂

It's one Foxy Friday! And this ones for the Leicester foxes. 🦊

Isn't it Wonderful what wildlife you can capture from your own back garden such as this fox? Believe it or not, I managed to spend a good amount of time with this friendly fox before it dashed off. I believe it is so important to invite wildlife into our gardens, especially when it comes to keeping our valuable green spaces thriving. Plus its such a cool experience and you get to make a new friend!
