Sue Kennedy Photography

Sue Kennedy Photography I help busy parents slow down long enough to really see the love they’re building.

I help parents with young children pause and celebrate the love they’re building so they can feel proud, calm and uplifted every time they see the photos in their home - a daily reminder they’re doing an amazing job and creating a joyful childhood. With a calm, child-led approach and years of experience working with little personalities, I create artwork that becomes a daily reminder of connection

, pride and “this is us.”

My riverside studio at Parndon Mill offers the breathing space families rarely get in everyday life. Whether we’re outdoors or in the studio, the experience is relaxed, guided and fully centred on what matters most to you. If you want artwork that lifts you on good days and steadies you on the hard ones, I’d love to guide you.

Hello 👋 Sharing why Mother & Child Portrait’s are important.

Not posed. Just them, being them, with you in it. Details in the link above.

Waiting until you feel ready makes sense, especially after the start you had. But she’s not waiting. She’s growing through this chapter right now, the one where you found your feet again.

One day you’ll want proof of this bit, not the hospital bit. The part where you both came through, together.

One day, they’ll show someone that photo on your wall and say, “That’s me when I was younger.”

They won’t remember the day.

They’ll remember how loved they felt because you made it happen.

That portrait becomes the first chapter of their self-story - proof that they mattered, that someone saw them fully.

That’s why printed portraits aren’t just for parents - they’re for the child you’re raising, and the adult they’ll become.

If you’d love to give them that story to look back on, book a call (link in bio). Let’s begin theirs.

You’re not missing from the photos because you don’t matter. You’re missing because you’re always the one holding the camera.

This portrait experience changes that, just for one chapter. You, close and laughing and fully in the frame, exactly as you are.

Dad’s welcome too, not to take the spotlight, but to hold it for you.

Because one day your child won’t remember the outfit or the location. They’ll remember how it felt to be loved by you, and they’ll have the artwork on the wall to prove it.

If this is landing, comment CHAPTER and I’ll send you the details.

When parents tell me their child stops at the frame in the hallway and says, “That’s me,” I know it’s done its job.

Printed portraits speak a language children understand - security, belonging, love.

It’s why I still believe in art you can touch. Files live on phones; love belongs on walls.

If you’ve been meaning to book “one day”, make that day now. Schedule a quick call (link in bio) and let’s plan something beautiful while they are still small.

Part 5: Print them. Frame them. Every day.

Part 4: What’s the one photo from your childhood?

Part 3: Photos on your phone don’t do this.
