The longer exposures capture the movement of trees in a surreal way, the edges are often much softer than the centre and there is an almost infinite depth of field.
With this picture, I liked the motion of the branches at the edges and the tight spindly tree in the foreground which creates a natural barrier, contrasting the sharp concrete lines of the in the background.
