As we approach 2026 EKCC hopes everyone had a lovely Christmas and we wish everyone A Very Healthy and Happy New Year. We will resume our club season on Monday 5th of January 2026. Student discount available and discounts also for over 65s and we have very reasonable standard rates.
Want to join in? Come along on Monday evenings at 7.30-9.30 pm to The Sports Club in Calderglen Country Park and join us for a hot drink, a choccy biccy and a friendly chat! Want to learn more about photography? We also run beginners tuition evenings in the same venue, ask about our Beginners Curriculum when you pop along on Monday evenings!

Studio set up. Gentle, easy, relaxed, Sunday afternoon. Couple portrait shoot today, black background to start , then some pure white. Mostly head shots. Should be a lovely relaxed afternoon.

East Kilbride Camera Club starts its new season Monday 1st September at 7.30-9.30pm! Come along to The Sports Club in Calderglen Country Park and see if it’s for you. We welcome absolute beginners to professional photographers and everyone in between! The club has regular guest speakers, monthly internal competitions and external competitions, workshops, studio nights away days, impromptu trips and much more. We also have a teaching workshop on Thursday evenings for our members covering every aspect of photography and beyond. Why don’t you pop along for a wee hot drink and a chocolate bickie and have a wee chat with us?
