Prints and Crafts by Claire Here at Prints&Crafts by Claire, we create handmade goods with love. All orders over £35 will be eligible for free postage!

Customers will be kept in the loop all the way from us receiving your image/text request, to letting you know it's fresh off the press and when it's leaving us to be sent to your door! Please ensure you have the correct spellings and images you wish to proceed with, before you submit your order, as mistakes cannot be rectified after the printing process. Please ensure your image is of good quality

before you send it over, poor quality or low light pictures do not translate well in the printing process, we will inform you if your picture is too grainy/blurry to print, as we want to make your image look amazing and make the colours pop! We will not accept certain images or text for printing, please try to 'keep it clean' but we do understand there's some raunchy or random things people would like printed, so please enquire and we will see if it meets our printing standards.. Once notified your item has shipped, no further changes/alterations or additions can be made to that order and any extra items required will form part of a new order. We aim to keep our postage prices as low as possible and we try to keep packages within the Large Letter or Small Parcel guidelines with Royal Mail, if your package weight exceeds RM's 'small parcel' weight, we will look to use the cheapest courier possible. Sadly we do not offer a 'collection' service, currently we only post out items. We do have a returns and refund policy on certain products, sadly we do not accept returns for personalized products nor products that the customer has made an error on the text or image. If items arrive damaged, please contact us with images of the product and its packaging, so we can start a complaint with the courier and also start sorting you out a replacement item.

We hope 2024 will be your year and I hope we can help you mark that occasion, with a personalised momento.

Thankyou to those who have returned, thank you to those who haven't yet. All your support means tons to us and it means we've got through year 2, all thanks to you guys 🥰🥰

Apologies for not seemingly posting lately, we have been, but Facebook seems to have made many of our posts disappear 😥😥 we hope we can be more visible in 2024 🤣

We're now closed for the Xmas period, back creating on 2nd Jan, so we hope to hear from you then.

This Saturday we're proud to be a part of the Hadleigh makers market hosted by the amazing Suffolk Market Events
We'll have our kit onsite as usual to create any custom pieces you would like.
Also taking orders for our latest addition....Engraved photo slate!
As seen in our image below, we can take an image of yours and engrave it onto one of our slate pieces, various sizes from coaster sized up to platter (50cm) size available.
Why not swing by and say hi 👋 to us and all the other lovely peeps there.

This week we're at the Guildhall in Thetford. It's looking to be a lovely weekend, so if you're free and want something to keep you and the kids occupied for a couple hours, why not swing by and say hi to us and all the other lovely crafter's.

Gift boxes not quite tickling your fancy?
Why not grab one of our stylish 'telephone bottle boxes', designed to hold a standard wine bottle (70cl) with ease. Plus it would make an excellent addition to any mantle or shelf.

Also newly available are our tealight holders. Designed to fit all tealights, including the plastic YC tealights or even the fake flickering ones. The design on all four sides casts a beautiful warm glow and will make any room cosier feeling.

If you'd like to grab one of these, postage is still f.o.c to all customers and one will be securely packaged up and on its way to you within 48 hours.

Well today we are!
If you're looking for something awesome to do today, why not pop down to the Fair.
Come and say hello to us and all the other lovely traders.
New wood gifts on offer, such as our 'telephone bottle box' (great for celebrations) and tealight holders, which really make the room feel cosy.
