Customers will be kept in the loop all the way from us receiving your image/text request, to letting you know it's fresh off the press and when it's leaving us to be sent to your door! Please ensure you have the correct spellings and images you wish to proceed with, before you submit your order, as mistakes cannot be rectified after the printing process. Please ensure your image is of good quality
before you send it over, poor quality or low light pictures do not translate well in the printing process, we will inform you if your picture is too grainy/blurry to print, as we want to make your image look amazing and make the colours pop! We will not accept certain images or text for printing, please try to 'keep it clean' but we do understand there's some raunchy or random things people would like printed, so please enquire and we will see if it meets our printing standards.. Once notified your item has shipped, no further changes/alterations or additions can be made to that order and any extra items required will form part of a new order. We aim to keep our postage prices as low as possible and we try to keep packages within the Large Letter or Small Parcel guidelines with Royal Mail, if your package weight exceeds RM's 'small parcel' weight, we will look to use the cheapest courier possible. Sadly we do not offer a 'collection' service, currently we only post out items. We do have a returns and refund policy on certain products, sadly we do not accept returns for personalized products nor products that the customer has made an error on the text or image. If items arrive damaged, please contact us with images of the product and its packaging, so we can start a complaint with the courier and also start sorting you out a replacement item.
