I'm considering producing my own Highland cow calendar for 2027.

After checking out what's available I'm sure I could produce one containing better images.

I could maybe even print more to sell to fellow coo lovers.
Would any of my friends be interested in purchasing one featuring the Baslow fold?

We helped prevent a potential moorland fire on Friday evening.

It came to our notice that there was a fire on Baslow Edge which was visible to a local.

As we arrived on the scene we were pleased to see the crew from the Snake Pass wildfire were just arriving.

They had just finished damping down the wildfire and returning to base when the incident at Baslow was called in.

When we arrived at the scene it turned out to be a group of wild campers who had started up a charcoal BBQ.

The fire crew immediately extinguished the fire and moved them on. We would like to thank the 3 guys from Matlock fire station for their expedient response.
