📸 Quick photography lesson, since apparently it’s needed 😂

A few people have decided my work is “AI”. It’s called DIGITAL EDITING. 💻📸

Client photographed on a plain background ➡️ Photoshop/Lightroom/Darktable ➡️ digital backdrop ➡️ lighting, shadows & blending ➡️ finished image.

Hence the name DIGITAL BACKDROP. 😂

You don’t have to like my work, but maybe understand the process before commenting nonsense. Google is free. 😉

3 Digital Edits — £25
Three finished images, with different backdrops

You choose the theme, I create the magic! ✨
Send me a clear, well-lit photograph taken against a plain/light background and tell me the type of backdrop you’d like. I’ll digitally create your finished portrait.

Themes can be inspired by things like fairytale princesses, magical castles, superheroes, dinosaurs, racing, space, mermaids, gaming, autumn, birthdays, Christmas and more, but I won’t reproduce copyrighted characters, logos or branded designs exactly.

I’ve been given the opportunity to potentially start offering professional studio sessions! 🥹

Before I jump in, I need to see if there’s enough genuine interest to fill my first 4 spaces, as the studio needs to be booked in advance.

✨ Potential Studio Prices:

🌿 Progress Journey — £70
📸 Children’s Portraits — £75
🤍 Couples — £85
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families — £100
💼 Headshots/Corporate — £65

🕐 Potential afternoon slots:

12:30–1:15pm
1:25–2:10pm
2:20–3:05pm
3:15–4:00pm

A £25 booking retainer would secure your space and be deducted from your total balance. The remaining balance can be paid when booking or on the day. 🤍

⚠️ Nothing is set in stone just yet! I need enough client interest to make the first Studio Day possible.

If it goes well and I find my feet working in the studio, I can then look at offering more Studio Days and potentially even more types of sessions! 🥹📸

It all depends on YOU lovely lot and the interest I receive! 🤍

📸✨ A little behind the scenes at Fitzpatrick Photography!

Sometimes you don’t get the opportunity to capture every photo you wanted on the day, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get a little creative afterwards! 🤍

These two separate photographs of the bride and groom were taken individually. During the editing process, I brought them together and added a digital wedding backdrop to create a completely new portrait of them as a couple. 🥰

The BEFORE shows the original individual photos ➡️ the AFTER shows what can be created with a little editing magic! ✨

Digital backdrops are also perfect when the weather has other ideas, the venue doesn’t have an ideal photo area, or you simply want something a wee bit different.

This time it’s the bride’s mum and dad 🥹🤍

The original photo was taken at home, but with a little editing and a digital wedding backdrop, I was able to give them a more polished portrait that fits beautifully.

Same people, Same special memory, Just a different setting ✨

I’m absolutely loving learning how much can be created during the editing process, especially when there wasn’t the time, weather or location to get certain shots on the day.

Sometimes a photo doesn’t need replaced, it just needs a new place to shine 🤍
