These photos are my take on the amazing Beamish living museum.

This has definitely got to be on your list of places to visit if your are in the North East of England.

Definitely a good family day out. You can access the whole site by authentic trams or buses, jump on a steam train or walk the cobbled street.

Stage 1 of the Womens Tour of Britain. Taking the competitor through the scenic country roads and villages of West Cumbria.

These shots were taken as they cycled through the usually quiet village of Arlecdon.

A couple of beautiful horses in the fields at the back of our hotel last weekend.

It's nice that the golden hour is not so late now, makes capturing shots like these a lot easier when you are up early every morning for work.

A few of the birds and animals I've have photographed over the last few weeks on travels around Cumbria.

Some wild, some captive, all beautiful examples of the creation this world is filled and overflowing with.

There is always a wee robin somewhere on a walk around Longlands lake. This little fluffy juvenile just sat a let us walk right passed while it sorted out it's feathers!

Not my usual kind of shot, this was taken at Walby Farm on Friday last week.
