If it's important enough to YOU, you'll find a way to do it.
When I returned to the UK back in the late 80's, I got a job in London as an estate agent. I heard about a 16 week Aikido course for beginners.
Trouble was it was across town from my office.
I'd always wanted to learn a martial art but hadn't gelled with any of the systems I'd had a go at.
There was something about the course that made me want to do it.
Even though I'd have a mad sprint through traffic and get there with only a minute or two to spare, I signed up.
I never missed a class.
Loved every minute of it.
Compare this with a diploma in management from the OU I paid for. I'd done the certificate course and signed up for the next level.
I hated it. They were discussing topics I knew little about and had even less interest in it.
Yes, it would have given my career a boost but I didn't finish it.
Money down the drain.
I'd chosen the wrong subject.
On reflection, I would've been better off doing a different diploma.
Hindsight's a wonderful thing.🤷
If YOU want something badly enough, you'll find a way to get it, no matter what obstacles are in your way.
If you feel "meh" about something, you'll make excuses and procrastinate.
Don't waste your hard earned cash on a course simply because everyone is raving about it.
If it isn't something you can get genuinely excited about, you'll be throwing your money down the toilet.
Best stop lying to yourself rather than sticking another grand or three on your credit card.
MOST PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY WANT TO DO.
But,
They just don't do it.
I can help you solve that problem.
