Simplify and add lightness.

That was Colin Chapman’s core philosophy when building just 40 miles from where I grew up (and 18 miles from where these pictures were taken) . I’m not a traditional "car guy," but ever since I was young, that mindset stuck with me.

It became my personal north star. And by the time I turn 40, there will be a Lotus Elise (or Exige) sitting in my driveway.

Ever since I stepped into management, I’ve believed that clear goals are the single most powerful tool to unlock potential—whether in your personal life, your team, or your entire business.

Goals do three essential things:

Define your actions so you focus on what actually moves the needle.

Guide your path when distractions try to pull you off course.

Measure your success so you actually know when you’ve crossed the finish line.

That’s why at 3118 Creative, every single project begins with one fundamental question: "What is the goal?"

Before we shoot headshots for a boutique, design an inspiring retail display for a local cottage business, or help a brand bring a brand-new product to market, we nail down the objective. When the goal is crystal clear, the scope stays defined, the work stays on track, and the results speak for themselves.
