Stunning Flaxseed in the top field.

We walk this way a lot and the crop rotates each year. From memory we’ve had bright yellow rapeseed and dark green and then golden corn but never blue flaxseed.

4 poses, 4 minutes, £5 and you can choose to donate your photo to the project and become part of the story.

My entry to this year's Street Photography awards.

I rarely enter competitions - I don't know why - possibly because I have so many client based deadlines, I don't have much time for my personal work. I only got this one in because they extended the deadline to midnight tonight! Silly really; I think it's time I made time. Thanks to for making me realise that.

I took this during a visit to London with my family. Covent Garden has always been one of my favourite places. When I was a child, I used to travel there from Hackney on the no 6 bus with friends, and spend all day watching the street performers. Back then if you were under 16; you could buy a Red Bus Rover and go anywhere in London; it gave us so much freedom and independence as children.

The newly published and expanded edition of Dark Luminosity; Memoirs of a Geezer by the brilliant is out now.

I was very lucky to work on the illustrations for this compelling and entertaining autobiography. Being a picture researcher often involves putting on the creative hat and coming up with ideas and suggestions of art or photography and conducting picture research but there is another side to the job; sourcing image files, tracing copyright holders and image licensing. It's just as absorbing and challenging and takes you down many paths of discovery.

It was great to go on this journey for Dark Luminosity with and a huge thanks to both for the golden opportunity.

'Articulate, funny and sharply intelligent.' Guardian

'Exhilarating.' Mojo

Dracula and the Hound of Hell, (inspired by this beautiful Puffin Books cloth-bound classics edition of Bram Stoker’s Dracula) for . This could be our final year of taking part, with secondary school on the horizon and my son growing up so fast.

Very grateful to his lovely school for all they do and in solidarity with its staff, who care so much more about children’s education than this government ever could.

Also, this dog never misses a photo opp.
