Last week we were down in Malvern at three counties show with 6 of our horses 🥰

It was so nice to get them all out driving together in the 6 horse team 🎉 everyone played their part and drove beautifully which was extremely nice seeing our early morning wake up calls have paid off 🤩

We are again very proud of Peter and Red only joining the team this year and just taking everything in their stride 🧡

❤️RED❤️

This big boy deserves his own post for his achievements at Suffolk show 2026

Chris took his “precious” pony (nobody else is allowed to touch him when it comes to showing in hand 😂) into the gelding class at Suffolk where they took 1st place 🥇

After the class they went in to compete in the Clydesdale horse championship and came out on top taking the championship which is quite an achievement for a gelding!!

The two of them then entered the ring again to compete in the overall heavy horse championship and came away with reserve overall!!

Red obviously wasn’t happy enough with Clydesdale horse champion he was also part of the champion turnout with the 4 horse team!!

Don’t know if any other horse has ever done that at Suffolk show taken both championships!

Also very well done to Wayne Balfour who got overall best shod with Red what a show that horse has had 🤩

We did a quick turnaround after Suffolk show landing back at the yard on Friday night then off to Lesmahagow show on Saturday with a much smaller team 😁

Kash our yearling c**t was our only team member and came along for a solo outing 🤩 he definitely didn’t let the team down so he can go home with his head held high 🎉

Kash won his class and even came away with some silverware winning the Clydesdale horse society shield for the best 1 or 2 year old c**t or filly. He didn’t stop there he went on to be MALE CHAMPION 🏆😆

now home for a rest before west fife show next weekend 😊

Last week we made the long trip down to Suffolk show with 6 horses 7 people 2 dogs and a baby 😂

This was Red and Peter’s first away show and boy did they do us proud big Pete was a little shell shocked 😮 but he never let that alter his performance in the ring 💕

First up was the 4 horse team consisting of Lizzie, Ernie, Woody and one of the newbies being Red and all we can say is wow what a drive they gave us all working as a team and bagging themself 1st place 🏆

Next it was big Pete’s turn to show himself off in the 6 horse team where we were awarded🥉 place. Prince wasn’t exactly playing ball and let them team down after him being the star of the show last week 😳

Peter had another chance to enter the ring in the pairs class along side prince but again prince wasn’t on his best behaviour 🙄 but Peter was awesome and is clearly proving he loves being out and about competing 💕

Lizzie and prince were both in the 2 wheeled cart coming away with a 4th and 5th prize 🏆

We definitely ended the week on a massive high winning the driving championship with our 4 horse team and being awarded 🎉TURNOUT CHAMPIONS OF SUFFOLK SHOW 2026 🎉

Thank you to everyone who came down with us to help without you guys we just couldn’t do it 💕
