It really has been such a great summer for location shoots and although it’s starting to feel a little cooler, don’t let that put you off.

I absolutely love relaxed autumn and winter layers for outdoor shoots, knits, jackets, boots and all those lovely textures. And who knows, we might still get a few more days of warm sunshine yet 🤞🏼

One thing I always want parents to know before they come for their newborn shoot… you really don’t need to worry about how your baby is going to be on the day.

Your newborn shoot doesn’t rely on your baby sleeping the whole time, your toddler sitting perfectly still or everything going to plan.

Feeds happen. Crying happens. Nappy changes happen. Sometimes we stop for baby to have a cuddle.

That’s why I allow plenty of time and I’m super relaxed ☺️

Location shoots are where it all started for me and I still absolutely love them. Whatever the time of year, summer dresses or autumn layers, family, maternity or pets, I’m here for it.

What actually happens at a newborn session with me?

Every baby is different, so I’ll always adapt the session around them and what they need, making sure there is always plenty of time for feeds & cuddles. If you’re worried they won’t settle, please don’t. My style is super relaxed so we can always make it work.

It’s not just photos of your baby on their own. I’ll capture a real mix of just baby, the little details, siblings, each parent with baby and you all together as a family.

More than anything, I want it to feel like a calm, relaxed space where you can switch off a little and just enjoy being with your family 🤍

Wondering what to expect from a newborn session with me?

When you book a newborn shoot, it’s about so much more than just sleepy baby photos. Every baby is different, and whether they snooze or prefer to stay awake, there is always plenty of magic to capture.

Your session includes:
- Beautiful portraits of your baby on their own
- Family images together
- Individual parent photos with baby
- Sibling shots (if there are proud big brothers or sisters!)

My sessions are completely baby-led, which means there is always plenty of time for feeds, cuddles, nappy changes and settling. There’s no rush and no pressure, just a calm, relaxed space.

I keep styling simple and timeless with soft neutral tones so the focus stays exactly where it should… on your baby and your connection as a family.

It’s been a little while since I posted, I’m still here, life has just been a bit lifey lately.

I’ve still been busy behind the scenes capturing lots of lovely sessions, but social media has definitely taken a bit of a back seat.

I’m now taking bookings through to the end of the year for newborn and location shoots.
