It’s Brain Cancer Awareness Month.

I digitally created this powerful self portrait to honour not my own journey with a benign condition but more on the emphasis of the memory of loved ones lost to the disease and millions in the world today who are fighting or who have lost their battle.

The cracked effect and swirling grey ribbons symbolize the fight and resilience. In May, we go grey to support everyone affected by brain cancer.

Gala Dinner 2026! BBC Ayrshire was held at Turnberry, where an incredible amount was raised in support of cancer. πŸŽ‰πŸ₯‚ I had the privilege of advocating for The Brain Tumour Charity throughout the evening. With so many memorable photographs captured, bringing them together in a video felt like the perfect way to showcase such a meaningful and successful event.

If you spot someone feel free to tag them, enjoy! 😊
