Looked chubs might delete later. Trying something new! I’ve been in two minds about posting these pics for over a month but I think this is the only way I’m going to be held accountable for what I eat and to obtain the goals I’m looking to reach. It’s time for a real change! I want to see where I can take this temple of mine in 6 months with focus and determination. I wanna look good and feel good, plus touch my toes. I’ve never had six-pack abs nor the confidence to take off my t-shirt without holding my breath or thinking about my moobs. I’m not fat but I want to achieve so much more with what I have. I want to feel good in myself. 

If anyone has any advice (especially on diet - how do I replace cheese in my life?) or wants to train together I’m all ears and game. 

28th May 2022 - Let’s see if I don’t bottle it and delete this post 😂 it’s out there for people to either say “oh weren’t you trying to loose weight” or be like “sh*t you look great.” I’m determined for it to be the second outcome.
