CAN YOU HELP?
I received a negative review this week. I know you can’t please everyone, can’t win them all etc etc, but we want to, don’t we?
This little business is my heart and soul. I give it everything I have and of course I take everything that comes with it personally, good or bad. Because for me this is personal. It’s memories, and moments, it’s actual treasure for most people. It’s a huge honour to be asked to capture something that means so much to somebody. I have never not given it 100%.
Sadly this unhappy customer has taken my Google rating down from 5 stars. I am very proud of those stars, I’ve worked really, really hard for them.
So I have a little favour to ask of you. If you have a few minutes, can you leave me a Google review? Bonus points if you can add a photo or two that I’ve taken for you.
Whether it’s from a family session, nursery shoot, school photos, old or new. If you’ve had a good experience with me, I would be so grateful if you could say as much in a Google review.
