One of the greatest joys of being a photographer is getting a front-row seat to the love, laughter, and connection that make every family unique. This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the fathers and father figures who have shaped our lives with love, strength, and endless support.

The weather definitely kept us on our toes for this session! ☀️🌧️

What started as a beautiful, bright afternoon at Manjushri quickly turned into rain showers, but the Knight family didn’t let it faze them one bit. They were so relaxed, up for anything, and just embraced every moment as it came.

There was running through the woods, games of tag, lots of laughter, and little adventures along the way. Even when the rain made an appearance, they carried on making memories together as if it wasn’t there at all.

And honestly, I think that shines through in their photos. Natural, joyful, and completely them. 💛

Thank you, Knight family, for trusting me and for being such good sports when the weather had other plans. It was such a joy spending the afternoon with you all. 🥹🫶🏼

How is it May already?! Time is honestly flying by… and with kids, it feels even faster, doesn’t it?

They grow and change before you know it and suddenly, the little moments you’re living in now become the ones you wish you could hold on to forever.

You can replay them in your mind, of course…but there’s something so special about having them captured through photos. It’s something you can come back to again and again.

I truly loved capturing this motherhood session with my Mother’s Day Facebook winner - Joanah Mac! She makes motherhood look so easy. 💛

I have a bit of a soft spot for black & white photos every now and then.

There’s just something about them… they take away all the colour and leave you with the real emotion of the moment.

I really loved capturing this motherhood session with my Mother’s Day Instagram giveaway winner, Meisha. Such a special moment to meet her and her gorgeous boy (plus the dad too). 🥹🫶🏼

Every family session tells its own story.

With the O’Riley family, it started with shy glances from their little girl but then soon turned into laughter, running along the beach, and the sweetest moments in between. Their little boy stayed close to mum and dad, hand in hand, taking everything in - curiously staring at the strange lady with a camera. 😂🫶🏼

We were expecting clouds but ended up with the most beautiful bright and sunny skies - and honestly, it couldn’t have felt more fitting.

Such a lovely family and such a joy to capture. Thank you for trusting me, O’Riley family! 🥹🫶🏼

I’ve been focusing on mothers recently, but I really do love capturing dads with their little ones too…
