I had the absolute JOY of shooting Nicky and Jojo’s wedding. What I loved most about this beautiful, intimate wedding was how much it reflected them and was about their pure love for each other.

After the ceremony and some photos in the register office grounds they all went off for lunch to celebrate.

Wedding photography with me doesn’t have to be the whole day, it can be the parts that matter to you. It doesn’t need to be formal, I can be there to capture the parts you’ll want to remember, the silly bits, the laughs, the tears and most importantly the love. ♥️♥️

I have decided I need to be better at sharing what I’ve been up to. I’ve had a bit of an unsettled 12 months personally, but things are settling down so this is me officially saying I’m back to work!

Most recently I was fortunate enough to attend the friends and family opening of The Coffee Hub- Cwmcarn. Becky and Kelly have worked so hard to get it ready and it’s a wonderful little spot. Opening day was lovely and it was great to see so many people attend to help them celebrate their wonderful new venture.

I am loving getting to know more women in business, seeing how these women encourage, push and champion each other. The experience for women across the world varied wildly, but strength and passion is seen in all of them.

For this International Women’s Day I am giving a free photoshoot to someone, it can be some headshots for your business, a photoshoot to celebrate your beautiful self or one with your family. It will need to be booked by the end of September and within an hours drive of Cromford.

Yesterday I popped down to Cromford Mills to see how Netty Reddish Creative was getting on with making clay creatures with families. I couldn’t resist snapping a few pictures as everyone was having such a lovely time making amazing creatures! She’s at the mill today and tomorrow from 11am to 3pm, with different craft activities that I know she will make so fun for everyone.

Family photoshoots can be done at home or out in the woods or even just a walk in the park. low pressure, lots of chatting, playing and having fun... with the added bonus of me there to capture some really special moments.
