Jane Marie Photography - Kent Photographer & Studio Professional family & wedding portrait photographer & studio based in Cranbrook, Kent. HELLO! After all... there is nothing more important than family.

My name is Jane, a portrait photographer based in the beautiful countryside of Cranbrook in Kent. 35 minutes from Tunbridge Wells and Hastings but I also serve Ashford, Maidstone and many other surrounding areas of Kent and East Sussex.

I have had a love in Photography from the moment I stepped foot inside a photography darkroom and picked up my first film camera beginning of my A-Levels all th

ose many years ago. Before then I remember being fascinated by the Polaroid camera, family photo albums and the idea of editing pictures. There wasn’t a moment in my young adult years I wasn’t trying to capture every moment on my camera. After completing my academic qualification in Photography I went on to The University of West London where I completed a full Bachelors degree with honours as a Photography and Digital imaging specialist. During my time there I have assisted famous celebrity photographers such as Perou, worked for companies capturing celebrity artists such as Katy-B and Donae’o. I have also worked along side the fashion and model industry, photographing London fashion week, Croydon fashion shows and model castings. I have also worked for salons and make-up artists with a wide portfolio that has been featured on online magazines and business websites.

My world changed when I had my two children but little did I know they would become inspiration for the next chapter of my life. It was through them I found the love for newborn, child and family portraiture. I went on with newborn training and also gained another qualification with a Diploma in Photoshop. To be able to capture these beautiful moments and turning them into treasured works of art to be saved for family generations to come, is what I like to call, absolutely priceless. My sessions can be held within the comfort of your own home, in studio, upon location of your choice or personal recommendation.
