Had to go back to the place where it all began and for my favourite too. French toast, caramelised bananas, bacon…. And being a true Canadian, I had to DROWN IT in maple syrup 😋😋

First post in a while and let’s hope it’ll be semi consistent from here on out.

Currently working a new job . I’m working in their horse box cafe on the shambles market but they also have a full on cafe on bishy road (iykyk). I’m so thankful to actually be back behind the machine properly again and this place even sells coffee from a kiwi company!!

Whenever I get the chance to snap a pic of a good looking coffee I’ll try to do just that to make sure I can stay active but for the next month it’ll be a lot of posts of my coffees I have while travelling around the uk with my girlfriend Alice

Keep an eye out for some work done by other baristas and my insignificant and very irrelevant opinions about it 😂

When I touched down in Adelaide I knew I had to try out this place!

Crack kitchen, a great little cafe built in a 50s bank building.

The place looks cool, the coffee tastes good and the name is crack for gods sake 😂
