How has it been a week!!

The photo says it all! One week ago today The Extra Milers were out in force cheering on and supporting over 25,000 runners as they tackled the 13.1 mile Cardiff Half Marathon course.
This great photo was taken by our Volunteer Photographer Chris of RainingGrain who was getting some great shots at Water Station 4 and Rainbow Roundabout.
