In my latest video, I check out whether there are some better alternatives to Adobe's perpetual subscription model for editing my photos.

DxO's Photolab 9 is a raw converter, similar to Adobe Lightroom/Camera Raw, and allows you so much freedom and choice when it comes to editing your photos your way. Aside from that, there are no subscription costs. You pay once and own it forever!

Check out the review in my video below, and be sure to use my discount code PHOTO15 at checkout for 15% off Photolab 9. Download DxO Photolab 9 here - https://shop.dxo.com/en/dxo-photolab-9-elite.html

Excuse me while I interrupt your feed with a real photograph in between all the AI-generated noise.

I've decided to make one of my favourite photos from the U.K. available as a limited-edition print.

This 24 x 72-inch panoramic print shows the wreck of the SS Nornen submerged on the banks of the muddy Bristol Channel, with the sun setting in the background.

Printed on Hahnemühle FineArt Pearl 285gsm (unframed) and comes with a limited edition certificate (10 editions). Smaller sizes are open editions. Worldwide shipping available.

Order via my website.

, photographing the SS Nornen on Berrow Beach was not an easy task as I had to deal with icy gale-force winds, my tripod sinking into the muddy sands, and the fast-fading light. Check out the YouTube video on how I managed to get the shot in the end.

Really excited to share this panorama. It was one of those days you plan for weeks in advance, unsure how the weather would turn out. When I finally arrived at the location of the SS Nornen on Berrow Beach, everything fell into place.

A few weeks ago, I travelled South to Burnham-On-Sea with one image in mind.

I wanted to capture a panoramic image of the SS Nornen, an old shipwreck stranded in the Bristol Channel since 1897. In my mind, I had this image of the shipwreck submerged on the beach with the sun setting across the ocean behind it. A scene of complete isolation on the banks of the Bristol Channel.

On Sunday, 5th of April at 16:30 (BST), my latest YouTube video showing the journey of capturing the SS Nornen goes live. If you want to watch it, please sign up for my newsletter to receive the link as soon as it goes live.
If you're a photographer struggling with composition, you'll also receive my free e-book on landscape photography composition when signing up.

While composing for another shot (which became one of my favourite photos I've ever taken), an Egyptian Goose decided to pop in and settle itself on the rock. I was lucky it stood still long enough for me to take a 2-second exposure before it flew off.
