This season seems to get faster and faster with each passing year.
I can’t say I wasn’t warned; my life is constantly filled with people older than me telling me how each passing year goes by quicker than the last.
From my perspective it’s not the years I’m worried about, it’s the decades. Each month that goes by seems to be closer to what came 10 years before it than the last.
I’m not trying to come across as a nihilist here, more to say that you should make the most of each passing day, week, month, year, decade, and so on… don’t tell me you’re bored, cause I will find you something to do.

When I was eight or nine years old I created a national holiday called Cow Day. I now have a partner who has a cow obsession, and so we still celebrate this day every year.
Why wouldn’t you want to celebrate cows?
