I love a crisp black and white candid at a wedding reception. The laughter was infectious at Nicolle & Tom’s celebrations and it was a blast to photograph!

For me the storytelling of a wedding day is capturing what happens between the formalities. That’s where the magic happens, when friends and family forget they are being photographed and show their beautiful personalities!

It’s always exciting for me to blend into the background and anticipate funny or exciting moments through my long lens. Authentic moments of laughter and joy and much more frequent when no one feels conscious of the camera.
