Herbs & Hertz from Welsh Folk-Heart: Spiritual Events & Communities works holistically with the body, mind, and spirit. Using a combination of consciously produced music made from specific frequencies within the Solffegio tuning, breath-work and meditation, and a beautiful herbal tea ceremony that compliments the resonant frequencies working through the body.

Teaming up with New Era Talent C.I.C to help raise funds for community youth projects; join us in an evening of intentional sound waves and meditation, work with the frequencies as they resonate within and all around us.

These guys are some real up and comers in Cardiff underground music scene. Working with New Era Talent C.I.C they have come so far that they are putting on their own live event next week with some of the top artists doing the circuit right now! All credit where it is due to these young people.... everything they've been through and they still give life their all! 💪 I couldn't be more honoured to be even a small part of their journey 🙏
