A bit of a disappointing weekend for photography although Davie got a good one of a fallen tree while we were coming back from Glenrothes today.
Tried a few long exposures to make the wind turbines look like they were about to take off but the wind is so strong my tripod was about to audition for The War of the Worlds so binned that idea for now.

Out for a walk around the park today.

Thanks to everyone that wished Davie a happy 16th birthday.
We enjoyed the day as a family, first at Tea & Toast in Bowhill Centre, then Jenni and Tyron joining us for a couple of games of ten pin bowling in Glenrothes followed by a visit to Burger King before heading home for some cake made by Sandiecrafts.
He's now playing Plants vs Zombies online with Sandie while I go through the days photos and try not to be drawn into the kitchen by all the goodies through there.

Happy birthday to Davie, who is 16 today!
I can't believe how fast the years have flown by and seeing the incredible person you're becoming makes me so proud every single day.
The support he gives me when out exploring, the inspiration he gives others to be themselves is amazing.
I'm so proud of him.
Only problem is, I need to pay him minimum wage whenever he's helping me with work.

Popped back along to the Fairy garden intending on filling the bus planter painted by Mum, but the folk at Dunnikier Country Park Development Group beat me to it.
Davie and I spent some time around the park and even met some other fairy garden decorators, who were putting out some spooky decorations.
Thanks to everyone that took the time to talk to us today.

Took a walk with Mum along to Dunnikier Park to check on the Fairy Garden and help her put out some new ornaments.
I put up a new fatball holder as the longtail t**s prefer those over peanuts and the squirrels have been bursting the feeders.
Helped locate a few missing ornaments and plan on putting the bus with soil and possibly some plants with help from Dunnikier Country Park Development Group
