Friday’s wedding was such a gorgeous family affair. The children were so excited to share in all the details, the limousine which took them all the the ceremony and the looks on their faces when they had their first glimpse of mum as a bride and sister as bridesmaid were moments to treasure forever.

Another gorgeous wedding at the weekend. This time it was the turn of Claire and Matt and they booked my Micro wedding photography package. A popular choice this year 👍

The ceremony was held at the Register Office on Angel Hill, then they had a celebratory meal in the Vaults at the Angel Hotel. In between we took a stroll into the Abbey Gardens for some precious family photos and those intimate couple portraits.

Yesterday’s weather really did its best to test everyone, but it couldn’t put a dampener on such a beautiful day.

A lovely couple, completely smitten with each other, surrounded by the most supportive family and friends. There was so much warmth, laughter and happiness from start to finish that the rain barely mattered.

Days like this are a reminder that a wedding isn’t about perfect weather, it’s about the people, the love, and the memories you make together.

I loved every minute 💕

Bury st Edmunds never fails to provide the best backdrop to illustrate a love story.
Tessa and Tom chose St John The Evangelist church in St John’s Street for their ceremony before the stroll down through the town for some photos in the Abbey Gardens.

This is how it should be done… personal vows that were so moving, I had to hold it together behind the camera. Ten years on from their very first date, these two said I do at just 25, after a love story that started back at school.
The way they look at each other says everything. So much genuine love and the kind of connection that makes photographing moments like these an absolute privilege. ✨
