The ocean in the Galapagos islands (Aug 2016). We were pulling up to (or may have been leaving) an island. The ocean was swelling against the basalt, turning ever-lighter shades of blue in milliseconds as it hit the rocks. I was drawn to the dynamism of the scene, and the contrast of the spray against the darkness of the rock and water. Follow for more photos from my travels and life in general.
