A couple of the more practical applications for my drone.
The first pictures are from a job where a potential investor wanted to asses the damage to an industrial building before making an offer.
From these aerial shots you can quickly determine that there are fairly large patches with missing tiles, where there will be water ingress. Along with this there are 2 substantial plants growing from the masonry joints, suggesting the building would need re-pointing before serious damage is done.
The second set of photos are from a recent residential purchase with some damp issues. From this perspective you can clearly see that the right hand drainage channel to the front of the house has some debris at the point it enters the gutter. This would be causing water to over-spill the gutter directly onto the bay window below which has a flat roof, which will be helping to cause water ingress.
From this second set of pictures you can also see how the drone can be used to take HD beauty shots of your property from a unique perspective.
Usually to take HD pictures of a roof or anything up this high would take scaffolding or a ladder at a much higher cost and with higher heath and safety risks taking days of work. With the drone you can take multiple HD images in the space of minutes to then be examined.
